Will it change my store's prices without asking me?
For a single clear request, yes — that's the point of it. Its edits to your store are undoable, so it acts rather than asking permission at each step. If your request is vague about which product or how much, it asks one short clarifying question instead of guessing.
Can I undo a price or stock change?
Yes. Every edit Rae makes to your catalog, pricing, stock, coupons and orders is reversible from your dashboard, and stock adjustments are also logged in your stock history. The one action it cannot take back is sending a cart-recovery email to a customer, so it only does that when you ask it to.
Can it take stock below zero?
No. Rae refuses a stock adjustment that would take a product below zero and tells you the current count instead.
Does it place orders or talk to customers?
It never places an order for a customer, but it does work on orders you already have — moving one to paid, shipped or cancelled when you ask. It can also send a cart-recovery email to a customer who left something behind, on your instruction. What it doesn't do is hold a conversation: live customer chat is the separate AI chatbot / knowledge base feature.
