You can get a refund for AI credits you have not used if you ask within 7 Days of your payment. Credits already spent cannot be refunded, because analysing your business, configuring your AI employees and generating content use AI and server resources the moment they run.
01.Refunds for Unused Credits
Email [email protected] within 7 Days of your payment and we will refund the credits from that payment that you have not used. Requests made after 7 Days, and credits already used, are not refundable.
02.Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard, with no cancellation penalties or hidden fees.
03.Billing Period Access
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active with full access to all premium features until the end of your prepaid billing cycle.
