Welcome to Darvix AI. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our AI employees, storefront, and platform tools. By using Darvix AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
01.Description of Service
Darvix AI is an AI business platform that gives small businesses AI employees together with a digital storefront, online store, appointment booking, customer inbox, and reputation management. We read public Google Maps details, analyze customer reviews using large language models, and generate the copy, pages, and business configuration those tools run on.
02.Accounts and Subscriptions
To access certain features (such as custom domains, leads inbox, and downloading compiled HTML code), you must purchase a subscription plan. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
03.Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time directly through your Billing Dashboard page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. No further charges will be billed.
04.Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership of all business photos, branding, and original materials uploaded to Darvix AI. Upon downloading or publishing your workspace, you own the generated content, layout, and store catalog data created for your business.
