10 apps out. One AI team in.
Most small businesses pay around $360 a month for separate apps to handle customers, bookings, marketing and sales — and still do the work themselves. Darvix does the same jobs with AI employees, from $22 a month.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the platform and setup process.
Does Darvix really replace all ten apps?
It covers the same jobs: inbox, website chat, CRM, booking, social scheduling, graphics, email campaigns, online store, website and automations. Specialist tools still go deeper in their own niche — if you send millions of emails a month or run a large multi-warehouse store, you may still want a dedicated app for that one job.
Where do the competitor prices come from?
Each vendor's entry-tier list price, billed monthly, for one user, as of October 2026. Hootsuite's Standard plan is billed annually. Prices change often, so check each vendor for the latest.
Are there usage costs on top of the plan?
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits for generating images, video and AI replies, plus a set number of campaign emails. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta at its own rates, as they are with every WhatsApp tool.
Can I move over gradually?
Yes. Start with the part that hurts most — usually the inbox or bookings — and switch the other apps off as you go. You can import your contacts from a CSV.
