Do I need my own domain to send email campaigns?
Yes. Campaigns send from an address on a domain you own, like [email protected], so they come from you and not a shared address. You add a few DNS records once and we check them for you. Free addresses like Gmail can't be used for bulk email.
How do unsubscribes work?
Every email has an unsubscribe link and the one-click unsubscribe header Gmail and Yahoo require. People who unsubscribe, bounce or mark an email as spam are never emailed again by your campaigns.
Can the AI send campaigns on its own?
No. Jenny can draft a campaign for you, but nothing is sent until you approve it.
Can I send WhatsApp campaigns?
Yes, once your WhatsApp Business number is connected. WhatsApp campaigns use message templates approved by Meta.
