Your account and signing in
Your sign-in options, including Google, password and email codes, plus how to change your email address or reset your password.
Where to find it:Account menuProfile
- Sign in with Google, with your email and password, or with a one-time code sent to your email
- New email sign-ups get a link to choose a password (at least 6 characters). The link lasts 24 hours
- Change email: on Profile, click the pencil next to your email and enter the new one. Confirm using the link sent to it
- Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. On Profile, Change password emails you a reset link
Good to know: Signed up with Google? Keep using Sign in with Google. Signing up again with the same email by password isn't possible.
Common questions
How do I close my account?
You can delete workspaces yourself (Transfer or delete a workspace). To close the whole account, contact our support team.
