Open channel settings
Open Jenny → Channels and choose WhatsApp or Instagram.

Connect
For WhatsApp, click Connect with Facebook and follow Meta's steps to pick your business number. For Instagram, click Log in with Instagram.

Let Jenny answer
Once connected, turn on Jenny answers on WhatsApp or Jenny answers on Instagram. It's off until you do, so messages simply arrive in your inbox.
When a customer asks for a person, gets upset, or asks something Jenny can't answer, she pauses on that conversation and leaves it for you.
