How chatting works
- Open an employee from the Agents section of the sidebar and type what you need
- Each message costs 3 credits. Bigger jobs, like writing an article or generating an image, cost more. The chat footer shows the credits you have left
- Look for the Undo button on a change you don't like
- Open instructions & memory to give standing rules, such as “Always write in a friendly tone”, and to see what they've learned about your business
Tip: Not sure who to ask? Ask Alex. He hands the job to the right teammate and reports back. The work also shows up in that teammate's own chat.
