Let your team work on a schedule
Set up jobs that run daily or weekly without you asking, like a morning briefing or an SEO check.
- 1
Open the schedule
In an employee's chat, click the automation button at the top (for example Scheduled tasks or Automatic articles).
- 2
Turn it on
Scheduling is off until you switch it on. Nothing runs by itself until you do.
- 3
Pick tasks
Tick a ready-made task, or use Write your own: give it a name and describe what the employee should do.
- 4
Choose timing
Set How often (Daily, Weekly or Biweekly) and At (the time). Tick Email me the result if you want a copy by email as well as in the chat.
Each run costs 3 credits. Use Run now to test a task, and Runs to see past results. Scheduled tasks report back to you, and only make changes if your wording clearly asks for one.
Ready-made tasks
| Employee | Tasks |
|---|---|
| Mark | SEO audit, Stale content check, Blog topic ideas |
| Rae | Dead stock digest, Abandoned cart recovery (this one really emails customers), Win-back nudge |
| Lex | Weekly engagement digest, Content gap check |
| Nova | Morning briefing, Inbox triage (leaves reply drafts in Gmail), Follow-up chaser, Weekly recap |
| Jenny | Weekly performance digest, Knowledge gap check, Automation review |
