Collect reviews
Send customers a link. They pick what they liked, get help writing a review, and post it on Google or any other review site you add.
Set it up

Switch it on
Open Jenny → Reviews → Review page and switch the page on.

Add highlight tags
Add up to 5 things customers might praise, like “Friendly Staff”. If you skip this, sensible tags for your type of business are used.

Choose where they post
Under Review sites, add a link for each site — Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor or any other — and put them in order. With none added, reviews are only saved in your dashboard.

Ask customers
Let Jenny send the link for you from Requests, or click Copy Link and share it yourself. It's yoursite/review.

They choose a star rating. It starts at 5.

Pick highlights
They tap what they visited for and what they liked most.

Write
Help me write it drafts a short review from their choices, which they can edit. Each draft uses 2 of your credits.

Post
Submitting saves the review in your dashboard and copies it. With one review site it opens straight away; with several, they get a button for each. Every customer sees every link, whatever their rating.
The Reviews tab lists every review with your average rating. Use Preview Form to see it the way customers do.
